1966 Ford Galaxie 500 4 door Most of chrome gone, no dash. No fenders. No bumpers. Drive train still there, believe it to be a 352 with a C6 transmission. Never heard it run but does turn with a wrench. Windshield and rear window still there, front seats and doors skins come with car as well. Frame looks real good to me, Doors do have the glass.
What you see is what you get, questions are welcome. Fan has been removed from engine and no longer available. No carb, breather, valve covers.
Bid to win, can't see a buy it now of $450 lasting long.
May consider gm 305, 350, 383 short block as partial payment, but nothing needing a rebuilt.
Deposit of $250 or full amount, whatever is less due within 48 hours. Car has to be removed within a week of auction close as I need the space. I have a dependable driver with fair rates, you pay the tow and I'll make arrangements.
I do have the ownership, but never changed it into my name, your are welcome to it, but please consider this a parts car and will be sold via bill of sale only.
I have no idea on history or milage of car.
At $225 a ton for scrap, this is worth more than what i am asking, but i am a car guy and hate to see thease things crushed.

If you need parts, please bid to win, I will not be going through the trouble of forwarding anyones info to the winning bidder. I did that with a car I sold recently and ended up being a pain. Sorry, no exceptions.
If you want parts and the car does not sell, please contact me as soon as auction ends. I will be very surprised if it does not sell, and would not be holding out with hopes of getting parts later. Car is also for sale locally and I could end auction at anytime, however sine I have had alot of interest, to be fair to Ebayers, if I have any bids on the car at all, I will let auction run till end.

A: Hi, carb has been sold, was a 4 bbl. Was told it ran, but it had a solenoid/starter problem when I got it. I bought it with intention of parting, so never bothered trying to get it running. Valve cover are gone, so car is not going to start anytime soon.
Q: would you be willing to sell me the pcv valve tube from the front of the manifold the metal tube with fitting to the pcv valve? Rob D 21-Apr-08

A: Hi, the car is for sale locally as well for best offer. I would take offers, but would want someone to actually see the car first. As I mentioned, scrap is very high right now, I'd think I'd get in the neighborhood of $600 at the recyclers. Also have had about 6 Q's on parts that are still there. If I got what I think I would get from scrape, I'd end listing, if not will let it run out. I'm going to ad a buy it now of $750 as soon as I can figure out how.
Q: If they are still intact, would you consider selling me just the plastic door post covers? 16-Apr-08
