1928 Ford Tudor.... This car has had no expense spared on it... the BEST of everything was used. Let’s start with the body. It is an all orginal rust free 1928 All Steel Ford Tudor, no patches or plastic anywhere on it. The inside of the body was blasted to bare metal with “Black Beauty”. All new wood was installed throughout the whole car. The inside was painted and lined with Dynamat foil-backed insulation and also has had new Bitchen floors and firewall. All new auto safety glass was installed along with new aluminum windsheild frame, new rubber, felt, etc. for every window. The car has new classic gauges with custom one off trim rings, Ididt column, 60 Corvette wheel, Lokar shifter, torch red ultra leather with custom one off aluminum quarter round trim and cast aluminum door sills, Sony remote control stereo with mp3 player and Ipod connection. New top wood and material. The paint on the car is the same black paint it had on it 40 years ago when it was parked in a garage. (The car was originally Bruster Green), Now onto the good stuff... All new Pete Jake chassis. Everything is new! Ladder bar back with coil overs 9” Ford with 3.00 gears, Vega style box, 4” drop axle, etc., neatly bent brake line with residual valves, thru frame fittings and braided steel flex lines, New Custom Rod Performance Aluminum radiator. New exhuast with Flowmaster mufflers, powder coated frame (Black) front axle and hairpins, ladder bars all powder coated in Almost Chrome color. 11” brakes 4.75” bolt pattern all the way around. Now for the best part . . . The engine!!!! 1970 Chevy Small Block 4-bolt main, 30 over, 11:1 compression. lower end is completely balanced, rods have been done up, comp 280
cam, z springs, roller tip rockers, Elderbrock dura shine intake (notice the 60’s vintage finned “why-and” Weiand fuelie timing cover, ram horns, GM mini high torq gear reduction starter, aluminum raised water pump housing. It’s around 375 horse and it sounds like it will rotate the earth but it is VERY driveable and VERY dependable. I just drove the car on a 350 mile trip and I got 17mpg at 70mph all the way. It has a turbo 350 transmission, new torque converter, flywheel etc. New coker 40 Ford wheels, caps and rings, BF Goodrich Wide White radials. The car has 750 miles on it since completion. The engine is one I built and had in another car and has around 5,000 miles on it.. EVERYTHING on this car is NEW and all brand name parts . . . nothing was spared or skimped on. The car was put together with all new stainless steel bolts, all new windlace, rubber, EZ wiring, quartz headlights. The list goes on and on! It took me 2 years to build this car and 1000’s of man hours. It is a show stopper where ever you take it. It’s got the look, the stance and the sound to make everyone’s head turn when you drive by. It draws a crowd wherever you take it. There are tons of subtle details everywhere on the car like the 1932 Nash mermaid as the radiator cap or the real Moon tank on the front. I’m selling the car due to other projects and health issues.
