This is a "Beautiful" 1931 Model A Ford widebed pickup with the full steel top.. It is "BARN-FRESH" and begging for restoration. If you want a wonderful project and an unusual body style, this is it!! Would make a great RAT or HOT Rod as well! While "mostly there", the truck has been outside awhile and shows rust on the hood, top and rust-through on the bottom cowl panels and door bottoms (fairly common). It comes with an "almost running" engine, and seemingly functioning drive line, mechanical brakes, engine accessories, rough original (untested) radiator, primered shroud, light bar, FOUR 19-inch wheels and tires. BOTH front fenders are welled for a spare, but only the left has a mount ??? Wiring harness is missing. Suspension seems to be strong and level (see photos). If you want more photos of specific views by email, just ask please, and I will send them. There has been some body repair and a few new nuts and bolts have been added to prepare it for transport. The interior is shot (gone), but the structure and sheet metal are pretty good. Fenders are wrinkly, but that's no problem for a good body man. Tires hold air and it can be rolled (and easily steered). Brakes seem to work, but are probably rusty. Parking brake works - sorta. Don't miss this one!! Buyer pays for shipping and must arrange own transport, or pickup in Concord, California. NO TITLE, only a bill of sale. A deposit of $250 in USD is due within 5 days of the auction close and the balance is due prior to pickup. Vehicle will NOT be released until payments have cleared all banks! We will NOT cash a stolen cashier's checque from you and then mail an anonymous "shipper" the amount for shipping. Tha vast majority of Model A people are FIRST RATE! Don't mess up my image of them by bidding if you have no intention to follow through. (as in "oops - just kidding") For all the rest of the great Model A hobbyists and eBayers out there, please ask any questions before you bid and request any photos you need. BUT, please remember the "barn-fresh" idea and do not expect a running and show-worthy piece. I will try to be as forthright with you as possible.
