Vehicle Description
Up for auction is a 1984 mustang.The car came with a v6 but the previous owner dropped a 302 in it.I have owned the car since 97'.Had it painted in 98'.The motor is completly rebuilt.Bored 40 over mid range cam,flat top pistons,heads redone.Edelbrock 600 carb.It has a rebuilt transmission with a shift kit.The body is starting to rust in spots after 10 years.It uses some antifreeze and I have been told it is the head gaskets,an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing.The motor has between 2000-3000 miles on it.The tires are new with maybe 500 miles on them.it is the best starting vehicle I have owned.It sat all winter and I went out today put a few drops of gas in the carb and she fired right up.The brakes seemed a little soft but it could be from sitting?I am putting a low reserve on this because I need the space in the yard and my intrests have changed to motorcycles.It comes with four spare rims and tires for the winter.Also for a 100.00 extra there is 2 doors and a hatch if you want them.This car is SOLD AS IS,so any questions feel free to ask and I will try my best to answer them.I had the engine work done in a shop and they put it together and a friend dropped the motor and tranny in for me...Thanks for looking John.Vehicle is for pick up only.Sorry forgot to add it will need a battery.
