This is a very nice '70 Mustang Fastback. The car is red with black interior. The 302 V8 is the original that came in the car. It runs excellent. Dual Flowmaster exhaust is new and sounds great. The transmission is the factory 3 speed manual. The car comes equipped with power steering, rear louvres, hood scoop, front and rear spoilers, styled steel wheels and bucket seats. It has brand new redline radial tires. Chrome bumpers, tail light bezels etc look like new. The car is very straight and solid. This is an excellent looking and running car that can be trusted to be driven daily if you choose. Fly in and drive it home or I will be happy to assist with shipping quotes.
You are invited to come inspect and test drive this car before placing your bid. 3rd party inspections are welcomed but should be done before the auctions end as you are bidding to buy, not just come look at. Payment is due within 7 days of the auctions end. The car will not be released until funds have cleared our bank.

The above mentioned vehicle has been described to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned vehicles the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer fly out to inspect and test drive any vehicle before finalizing the purchase. All vehicles are sold in "AS IS" condition with no warranty written or implied. All used vehicles should be assumed to have some degree of wear. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due within 72 hours of the auctions end. If the vehicle is not as represented upon personal inspection, we will refund your deposit. Please be advised that no oral statements conerning any vehicle constitute a representation or warranty of the condition of said vehicle. If you are unable to personally inspect the vehicle we will gladly help facilitate a third party inspection. Buyers opting not to inspect vehicles must leave possitive feedback before the car will be released for shipping. Sorry but we do not accept Escrow.
Payment is due in full within 7 days of the auctions end. All checks must clear our bank before the car will be released. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer although we will gladly assist with arrangements and quotes. All returned vehicles will be charged a 10% restock fee. This vehicle is for sale locally at our dealership therefore we reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
