Thank you for viewing our 97 Ford F-450 tow truck! This truck is ready to work TODAY!!! Everything works!!! This solid 97 has a ton of new parts, runs well and is currently working EVERY DAY! The winning bidder can put this truck to work the day they pick it up! This F-450 features Ford's indestructible 7.3L Powerstroke Turbo Diesel and will pull a house! This Ford has a TON of new parts, including but not limited to; Turbo, Power Take Off Pump, Front Gas Tank, Fuel Pump, Brakes (including rotors and calipers), Carrier Bearing, many Front Suspension Parts, Most of the Hydraulic Lines and more!!! This Ford comes with a new oil pump that is NOT installed. The old pump is due for replacement, but does NOT affect this truck's towing capabilities. It only affects the truck's performance from a dead stop, as it slows the takeoff somewhat. This truck can EASILY run down the highway at 80 with a vehicle on the back, and the pump will be coming with the truck but NOT installed. The winning bidder may also want to replace the glow plugs before winter sets in. The transmission was recently rebuilt and shifts smoothly. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
