This is a VERY,VERY rare first gen ford probe. It is a 1992 probe LX with the 3.0 liter engine, but i have also added a ONE OF A KIND supercharger kit to it. The supercharger is the newest from eaton which is called the TVS 1900 supercharger. Is the most effiecient supercharger that eaton has!! This car has a rebuilt engine/tranny and has only around 1100 miles on it!!! I need the money so the car NEEDS to go!!!
Here is a list of things i have done to it in the eight years I have owned it
-SUPERCHARGER KIT, rebuilt engine/tranny, stage 3 southbend clutch, ported and polished heads and lower intake manifold, 1.72 roller rockers, Crane HI-6R ignition box with boost retard knob, custom 2.5in. "Y" pipe with 2.5 in. pacesetter exhaust, drilled and slotted front rotors, drilled rear rotors, AEM wideband air/fuel ratio gage, autometer electronic fuel pressure gage, autometer mechanical boost gauge, Water/meth injection kit(pump is no good but i still have everything hooked up, so all you need to do is buy a new pump), two 12in. kenwood tornadoes with 1000 watt kenwood amp, ground control coil over with KYB struts, 17" Enkei rims wrapped in Yokohoma parada's.
The paint on this car is all original except for the front and rear bumpers (i bet you haven't seen 18 yr old paint in this good of shape). As you can see the hood is not on the vehicle due to the supercharger. I had an old supercharger setup which required a hole in the hood, but now that I have this larger supercharger the hole must be enlarged.
I also have 2 brand new left and right control arms that i didn't install, the stock 15 in. rims with fairly new pirreli tires on them, and some better flowing exhaust manifolds that i didn't get a chance to install(they would require a NEW custom Y pipe). I will include ALL of these things in the price of the car!!!
One of the only things this car needs is a stand alone fuel management system. Most ford probe owners get Megasquirt as a fuel/spark controller. This is what i recommend doing, as I was going to do this myself, but just don't have the time. If you are looking for a car to tune this would definitely be the one. Right now i'm running on 5.0 mustang injectors (19lb/hr) and an FMU. the car idles very rich, but at wide open throttle it at a safe a/f ratio~ (12.3:1)
The only thing that is wrong with it is it has a small oil leak which i believe is coming from the oil pan.
