I bought this ranchero last year with the intension of restoring it but have since lost interest because of lack of time.This truck is pretty solid the floors have been fixed with sheet metal but not a good job. the truck has solid doors and front fenders also front cowl corners are in good condition as are the rocker panels. The bed is in good shape also the tail gate looks and works good.This is a true factory 4 speed truck with a good 4 speed trans. The V8 engine seems to run good. The brakes worked last year but one rear wheel cylinder now leaks was going to fix but no time. These are the things that are new, most still in the box ,They come with the truck. ..... New headliner in box, .... New red carpet in box,..... New aluminum door sill plates in box,..... New rear shocks in box..... New ford ranchero interior door panels in box, ....2 New ranchero exterior rear view mirrors,.... New Grant steering wheel,.... New tack, ...New dual exhaust..... New interior front kick shields with stereo speakers built in, .... 4 New cooker classic wide whitewalls. The truck has a good stock dash gage panel that I bought installed but not wired up.No rear bumper....New gas pedal in box.... Better windshield stainless trim from e-bay.
This ranchero is a good hobby truck to restore and being a real 4 speed the one that is most desired.It has a cracked windshield.With some effort this could be a fun toy.Selling as is where is. No warranty. Buyer responsible to pick up ranchero.
