1973 Ford Ranchero GT500 equipped with A New Ford Racing 302 motor!
This car is MINT it has been completely restored less then one year ago (August 2007) This one of a kind 1973 Ford Ranchero GT500 literally had everything stripped, from the frame up, repainted, re-upholestry with leather seats, and then put back together by professionals! The total cost of the restoration was over 18,000 dollars, and I do have a complete list of all the parts that have been replaced! I could easily fax that over to anyone upon request!
For anyone looking for a classic Hot Rod thats will turn people's heads, its this car, right in front of your eyes! The underbody, Shocks, mounts, interrior, and the littlest things match the amazing exterrior paint of the car! This car is a show stopper, its been in two car shows, one in which judges rated the classic cars and it won first place! Trophy to prove it! This is one of a kind, indeed!
The body of the car itself in orginal form had 104,000 miles on it, and only 4,000 miles have been put on the new body, paint, and motor since the restoration was complete!
With the restoration, there was a brand new motor swapped into it. It is a Ford Racing 302 (300hp) with March Alternator, PS and A/C Serpentine With Out Headers, which was purchased from Pro-Formance Unlimited at $6,300! Motor runs very strong and no problems, of course, its a FORD and its Practically Brand New and very well maintained like much of the car!!
I can go on forever about how clean this car is, but it'll never end! Did i mention it comes with a Pioneer CD player with a JVC bass box in the back with a bassbooster controller and remote, let alone streetglow underglow lighting (purple to match the car) and underglow dash for the interrior also in purple! Equipped with tires an Wheels that set this Hot Rod off! This Car simple is goregous and truly customized! JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES PROVIDED BELOW!
The only thing that is wrong with this car, nothing major, but there is some small spots of rust on the underbody and on the inner wheel wells, and the BIGGEST problem is that the A/C doesn't work as of now, but before you start thinking how hot it's going to be in the car when its 90plus degrees out, The AC is there, and the only thing that needs to be done is hook up the AC lines, anyone with the slightest mechanical expeirence can do this, so COOL DOWN literally, cause you can stay cold in this car, with just a little work. I just haven't had the time to bring it by the builder of this car to do so.
