Vehicle Description
You are bidding on a 1 of a kind 1987 Ford Ranger Taurus Merkur edition (see emblems). Vehicle has good interior, approximately 50% tread, 14 inch steel rims. 2.3L engine. New timing belt, front and rear brake pads and lines. New plugs and wires. Idle air control motor and fuel filter, valve cover gasket are also new.
Idles rough at first startup but does not knock or ping. Transmission shifts perfect but shifter linkage is misaligned and park cannot be used, due to a minor front end collision. Radiator core support is also bent from this. Body has several blemishes and dents, but very minor rust.
