PLEASE READ CAREFULLY This auction is for 2 1969 Ford Torino GT fastbacks. One is a Teal color, the other is dark blue. First we will start with the Teal car. This car has NO ENGINE OR TRANS. It does have an Iowa title. This title was signed by a previous owner but never transfered. His name and phone# come with it.VIN is 9A42Q168983. This is a good rolling chassis with only a few rust outs in the floor on the passenger side. There is rust on the fenders, quarters etc. Glass is all good. All 4 rally wheels. Bumpers are fair with some surface rust. This one still has a headliner in fair shape. Most of the interior is missing, other than the seats. Please look at all the photos and if you have ANY questions, e-mail me and I will do my best to answer them. This car also is missing the GT hood. THIS CAR IS TOWABLE. Now for the blue car. This car is mostly complete, but the chassis has some big problems. This car has a clear Minnesota title. the VIN is 9K42S114006. This car has the 390 engine, but it is STUCK. Condition of the transmission is unknown. It should be OK since the car was parked years ago due to a rod knock in the engine. The only big thing missing in the interior seems to be the headliner. The floor has a number of holes in it. Underneath the car there is much rust since it sat in a pasture for the last 11 years. Also the rear leaf springs are broken so the rear end is barely attached. The front subframe is starting to pull loose from the unibody,as you can see from the tip of the front end in the photos. Someone had once tryed to jimmy the trunk lid so it has some damage on the lower edge. Steering rag joint has torn out so you can't steer it right now. The glass is all good EXCEPT the drivers door window is gone. Bumpers are very nice with the rear one having a small surface rust spot at the bottom left. The hood is in very nice shape although it has almost no paint. It has the original 390 hood scoop with all emblems intact. All the emblems and name plates are still there. THIS CAR WILL NEED A TRAILER OR FLATBED. I took alot more pictures, but only 24 would fit on the listing. I will require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of auction close, and the balance within 7 days. We all like to window shop, but please do not bid if you don't have the money. I am willing to help as much as possible in loading these for transport. I can deliver within 250 miles for $3.00 per mile [diesel is expensive]. Once again,ANY questions at all, please e-mail me and I will answer to the best of my ability.
