4.3 Litre Engine!!!!
This is a true beauty!!! You will NOT be disappointed! We are downsizing our vehicles to just 1 in our household, and have decided that we will part with the Jimmy!! Our loss is your gain! We have owned this for the last 3 years, and have had no major issues with it yet! We purchased this through a 'lease-to-own' agreement, and therefore still have a payment on this vehicle, but once the sale is done through this auction, the dealer will be notified, and paid in full, and they will do the actual transfer of ownership over to the new owner!
Please ask ANY questions BEFORE bidding...I will do my best to answer quickly and accurately.
We did a major 'tune-up' on the truck last August 2007 and have the work order showing all the work done. The bill was around $3,000.00! We also just put a brand new battery in 3 weeks ago, and it has a 3 year replacement warranty on it from Canadian Tire.
4 brand new GoodYear Wrangler tires all around, and the body is in great shape for it's age! Some rust spots are shown in the pictures, but they are in the wheel well area only. It has alloy rims, 4x4 on the 'fly' and many power options throughout. This was a top of the line Jimmy for that year! It also has the tow haul package as well!!!
The back seat is a 60/40 split to make for a completely flat surface for easy moving of larger items. There is also a roof rack on top.
Everything appears to be doing well...the ABS light has come on again...but it is a loose connection (as told by the mechanic) but doesn't affect ANY of the performance of the braking system.
I will provide more details as needed.
Please also note, that the centre console hinge has broken off...it still works fine for accessing it, it just isn't attached at the back where the hinge is. Also, the drivers side seat recline handle broke off...but with the power seats, it doesn't affect the seat much. Also, when we purchased the Jimmy, the ceiling console is missing the button for the sunglass holder...but you can just stick your key or a pen in to make it drop down...all other things are completely fine!
