PLEASE NOTE EXTERIOR OBSERVATIONS (See pictures):
Small dents in door.
Driver side rear quarter panel dented, paint scraped off, several scratches.
Several rust spots on exterior paint.
Several small dings, dents, and rust spots on vehicle.
Front bumper has scratches, black scuffs, and several rust spots/dings.
Passenger door missing rubber seals at bottom.
Rear door slider rusted and paint peeling.
INTERIOR OBSERVATIONS:
Dirty. Driver seat has tear/hole.
Driver seat handle is broken/loose.
Floor vinyl torn and cracked.
Cracks on driver and passenger door plastic.
Front Passenger seat has two large holes/tears.
Rear passenger seats have small tears in upholstery/vinyl.
Backseat wheel cover warped in.
Rear sliding door plastic piece loose.
Mechanical Report
Needs blower motor, resistor.
Air conditioning compressor locking up.
No brake lights.

Shipping and Documentation Charges
At this time we do not offer shipping on any vehicle that requires title, this includes cars, trucks, motor homes, and boats. Any and all shipping arrangements must be arranged and paid for by the winning bidder.
There is currently documentation fee for the transfer of title charged by WVSASP. Any sales tax or licensing fee is the buyers responsibility.
WVSASP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is a public Auction open to all individuals including West Virginia State government employees; with the exception of employees of the WV State Agency for Surplus Property and employees of Black Knight Trading Company are prohibited from bidding. The West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property reserves the right to withdraw or remove this item from auction without notice or reason. In the event of active bidders, you will be notified your bids have been cancelled and the item being removed from auction. Merchandise offered for auction is being sold in “as is” condition. West Virginia State Agency for Surplus Property makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to functionality or quality of property. Shipping arrangements are clearly stated within this auction. Common Carrier, USPS, and UPS/DHL services are provided by our eBay partner. All property offered for local pick-up only must either be picked up, shipped or have shipping arrangements made within seven (7) business days from the auction end date. All sales are final. Payment in full is expected within ten (10) business days of auction. We will accept a PayPal deposit in the amount of $200 ( two hundred ) upon the close of the auction, the balance due within 10 days by Cashier’s Check, bank transfer, or money order. Payment method will be verified as valid or having cleared processing prior to the release of the vehicle or title transfer preparation, there will be NO exceptions to this policy. Photographs, descriptions, and mechanical reports are provided in an attempt to accurately describe the product offered for auction but in no way infers any warranty expressed, implied or guarantee of condition. Bidders are invited, encouraged, and cautioned to carefully inspect property offered in the auction prior to submitting bids. Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or for the withdrawal of a bid after the close of the auction.
