Out of State BuyersOut of state buyers are not charged Vehicle Sales tax or license fees. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. All buyers will be charged a Dealer Inventory Tax, $30 Title and a $50 Documentary fee, $263.00 Dealer Prep fee.
Texas BuyersTexas buyers registering in Texas will be charged state and local taxes, which include a $43.00 title fee and license registration, Dealer Inventory Tax, a $50 Documentary fee, $263.00 Dealer Prep fee. From time to time our titles are in transit however, the State of Texas does allow 21 working days in which to produce a clean and clear title.
Dealer Inventory Tax is calcualated as follows: Sale price x .002242 For example $10,000 x .002242 = $22.42
Any vehicle sold that is older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Bexar County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Bexar County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Bexar County, Texas.
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be in conducted in Bexar County, Texas.
