About Us
The mission of the City of Austin Fleet Services is to provide vehicle and equipment maintenance, repair, and support services to other City departments and government agencies so they can do their jobs. One of the support services provided by Fleet is to dispose of replaced and surplus vehicles and equipment.
Fleet wants potential buyers to know that the City of Austin emphasizes PM (preventative maintenance) services to protect its vehicles and equipment.
The goal of City PM services is to reduce or eliminate unscheduled, emergency repairs between scheduled PMs.
Department Directors may request more frequent PMs than suggessted by the manufacturers, but the City forbids exceeding the manufacturer's recommended service intervals.
City vehicle and equipment operators must know their units, when the last PM was done, and when the next service is due. The operators are responsible for not exceeding the required service intervals.The information included in the description and condition report is provided only as a guide. This vehicle will be available for public inspection at 6400 Bolm Rd Austin, TX 78721 On Monday thru Friday ONLY between the hours of 8:00AM - 3:00PM (Central Time).
Driving directions from Austin Airport are as follows: Hwy 71 W to US Hwy 183 N. cross the river and take the Airport Blvd exit. Hours for payment and pickup are 8am to 11am closed for lunch 11am-1pm then open 1pm-4pm.

Following the close of this auction, the successful bidder will be contacted by the City of Austin Fleet Services Division and or Ebay.
All of our vehicles come with a temporary license plate Valid for 20 days from date of pick-up.
Full payment is due within five (5) business days from the end of auction. After five (5)days there will be a $25.00 per day, per vehicle storage fee.
Property listed is offered for sale under a competitive bid basis. All vehicles must be removed within 14 calendar days from the close of Auction unless special arangements have been made with the City of Austin Fleet Services Division.
