I consider a bid to be a contract. If you bid and do not follow through, believe me, it will be more trouble than it's worth for both of us. A winning bid is not a license to come and look at a vehicle and then decide whether you really want it, or to give someone time to get their finances in order. I can, will, and have prosecuted bogus bidders.
There is a $500.00 deposit due within 48 hours of the end of bidding. This may be by verified PayPal , check, or electronic bank to bank transmittal as long as it arrives within 48 hours. This is non-negotiable.
Please note that PayPal users must be verified (confirmed). That means that your address and identity have been verified by PayPal. Please have this process completed BEFORE bidding. It's almost impossible to get verified once a transaction is underway.
The balance is due within 7 days, and may be paid by check, PayPal, electronic funds transmittal, or cash on arrival. Please note that any check, even a bank check, will delay delivery of the vehicle and title for 14 days. PayPal users must be verified (confirmed) by PayPal.
You may call me if you wish, but I prefer to use written communication so everyone has a record of what was said, for the protection of the BUYER as well as the seller.
I will be glad to drive the car to a shipper for a reasonable fee. For international buyers; I cannot and will not quote shipping fees. That is up to the buyer. Have your arrangements in place BEFORE using "Buy It Now"
