Winning bidder to respond via phone or email within 24 hours. Buyer to send a $1000 partial payment within 24 hours of auction close. Full remaining balance due within five business days of auction close.
- All transactions are subject to a Document/Administrative Fee of $175. Texas residents will be responsible for 6.25% sales tax and license fees. Non-Texas residents buyers will be responsible for all taxes and license fees to be paid when returning to their home state within 21 days .

(However, once the Reserve Price has been met, we will not sell a vehicle out from under you). - Preferred method of payment is electronic wire transfer. We also accept cashier's checks that can be verified during normal business hours. Title will be sent after funds have cleared. We do accept e-loan checks and Capital One Auto Checks, but vehicle will not be delivered nor title transferred until funds have cleared.
- Vehicles may be picked up locally or shipped at buyer's expense. Texxan Auto will not be held liable for ANY claims arising from vehicle shipping or damage incurred while in transit. All claims are between the buyer and the shipping company. Feel free to contact us with shipping questions as we have many quality carriers available at reasonable cost.
- Although we make every attempt to accurately describe our automobiles, it is nearly impossible to go into detail about every mark on a car. Our vehicles are hand-picked by the owner and we stand behind the quality of each car. That said, most of our vehicles are pre-owned and driven and therefore have been subject to normal wear and tear. All vehicles are professionally detailed and reconditioned (if needed) prior to delivery.
All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no warrantees.
TAXES FEES
All buyers will pay V.I.T. tax (Vehicle Inventory Tax) which is 0.0029912 of the purchase price (Example: $10,000 purchase = 29.91 V.I.T. tax.)
Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax and all other applicable fees and taxes.
A $50.00 documentary fee and a $120.00 Admin Fee will be charged to all buyers.
Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes and title transfer, which should be paid within 21 days of purchase (by Texas law)

Any vehicle pickup must be with prior appointment.
Shipping:
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
We can assist you with finding a reputable shipper, but we will not become involved in any way with the shipping process.

Free pickup service is available (if you fly into one of the 2 local Houston area airports during or regular business hours).
Storage:
If the vehicle is paid for in full within the 7 days time period, we can store the vehicle for you at no additional charge, for up to 14 days (2 weeks).
You will have 14 days to pickup your vehicle, after it has been cleared to be picked-up, by us.
