1991 GMC Syclone Sonoma Truck

This is a unique opportunity to own a limited edition sports car. Only 3,000 Syclones were manufactured. This was the world's fastest production car ever produced and raised the bar for production sports cars. GMC stuffed a turbo charged 4.3 liter 280 horsepower V-6 engine, a Corvette automatic transmission, full-time all wheel drive, and Bilstein shocks into it's Sonoma pickup body. The inspiration of the Syclone came from a modified S-15 truck that set a speed record of more than 200 mph at Bonneville in 1990. When it rolled off of the assembly line in 1991 it was faster than the Dodge Stealth, Corvette ZR-1, and Porsche Carrera 4. According to the factory it would go from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds. The factory recorded curb weight is 3525 lbs with a fuel economy of 14 mpg city / 17 mpg highway. As you can tell this collector is a sports car enthusiast. This senior driver is the original owner with all original miles, manuals, documentation, and certificates. The truck is in mint condition and is completely original minus the following 17 year up keep replacements: The rear toneau cover has recently been replaced, Custom Syclone embroidered floor mats, and it has gone through 2 new coats of paint throughout it's life.
