Up for sale is a 1997 Suburban in excellent condition. I am the original owner, purchased in California, always garaged, used primarily as a vacation vehicle during the summer months pulling a trailer throughout the west and east. The kids are gone and the trailer sold, time to reduce the number of vehicles. Overall low mileage; 96K; been sitting in the garage hardly driven the last 2 years. 70% of the driving done in either California or Arizona. Non-smoking vehicle. Some small dents and dings, no known mechanical problems. No rust on body, some surface rust underneath vehicle.

New Transmission at 61K miles ( done at local GM dealership)
Only issue to note:
The drivers seat has a 3 way adjustment; 1 of the adjustments is not working; the seat will go back and angle back enough that at 6'6" tall I have plenty of room.
I am listing this vehicle at a reasonable reserve (below Kelly Blue Book). I require a $500 deposit via Paypal within 24 hours of the sale. The balance is due within 7 days at the end of the sale in either a cashier check, money order or personal check (after the funds clear). Arrangements must be made for vehicle pickup within 7 days of the end of the auction. I can drive a reasonable distance for car drop off. Mileage will go up slightly as it may be used for local driving.
