The County requires a Down payment in the amount of 50% of Selling Price within 3 Days of auction end. Payment MUST be made using a certified cashiers check, money order, or cash in person. Checks will require additional time to verify and clear. Full payment in cash or certified funds must be made within 7 business days after close of auction. The County requires PROOF OF INSURANCE if vehicle will be driven off the lot. Insurance not required if vehicle is towed. Purchaser is responsible for transportation from the lot. Buyer pays all transportation costs. The County is not responsible for and will not make any removal/transportation arrangements. We can put the buyer in contact with limited local transportation services, however these arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Inspections: The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing nothing is omitted.
