Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 business days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared Shipping Delivery:

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.As well, all vehicles not picked up after 15 days from the close of the auction will be subjected to a $15 a day storage fee, unless other arrangements are made beforehand (just keep us informed). At A Unique Auto Sales we also 100% guarantee all cars to have clean and lien free titles with NO salvage history and NO flood damage. We just never get involved in that type of vehicle, ever. Keep in mind that we are a dealer and due to bank payoffs and dealer processing that some titles take a few weeks for processing. We are very fast about it and Fed Ex them ASAP to you no charge. This is with any dealer you buy from. This is why we have Temporary Tags for you to drive home on. Finalizing your Purchase:
A Unique International Auto Sales will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.
Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Fernando at A Unique International Auto Sales by e-mail or phone (954)857-7218 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $1000 or 20% pf total sale by major credit card, cash or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds to Seller.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
You may have noticed that we are running private auctions. The reason for this is simple. We do this in order to protect our buyers from unscrupulous scam artists and others who would take advantage of someone by contacting them from the auction results. These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book prices. Therefore, there is minimum profit (especially on no reserve auctions) at best, and as such we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyers purchase the optional extended warranty (available on most, but not all cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs, if any, in the future.
Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that doesn't change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. While we try to service
