Vehicle Description
Hi, up for auction is the best car I’ve ever owned, 1995 Honda Accord DX. It has 195K mostly highway miles, since I live 2 hrs north of NYC and do not work or live there. It is a 5sp manual transmission. I can with a clear conscience say that everything on this car works. AC, CD MP3, etc. It does not have power windows, locks, doors, etc, but in this case that is a good thing, less things that can break. I am the 2nd owner, I bought it off a car lot in Red Bank New Jersey after it had been traded in. After buying it I my mechanic recommended that I have the timing belt replaced, so that was done at 135K. Other than that it has never had any major problems, and it has never been in an accident. Within the last year I put in a new Pioneer MP3 CD player, with remote. Recently the speedometer/Odometer had to be replaced, so the new odometer reading is 5000 miles, but you have to add 190K to it to come up with the total. The repair shop that I took it to placed a sticker in the door to reflect this. Interior, trunk, exterior, all are in very good condition, one minor rust spot is under the gas cap. It also comes with a bicycle rack trail hitch used for transporting bicycles.
