We purchased the CR-V as a "Honda certified used car" from a Honda Dealer in 2002.
My wife drives the car daily to shuttle our little one's around town. I have the OEM Cassette player, security system with one new extra remore and Towing pkg. installed. The timing belt drive belts and water pump were replaced at 115k. 4 new Yokohama AVID TRZ installed 118.5k. Major service with valve adjustment done 121k.
I did not like the black bumpers so I had the bumpers and side moldings painted.
The paint shop said the plastic parts are non paintable plastics and the paint will peel. Well the paint on the plastics is peeling. The original body paint is in good condition.
