The pictures tell most of the story, here is the rest: This is a deer hit local lease vehicle. The customer chose to take the insurance settlement to get a brand new replacement rather than have it repaired. Our body shop estimate is for $9,243 using mostly brand new Honda factory parts at retail and labor at $80 to $40 per hour depending on the task performed. Needless to say, a visit to a junkyard would produce the parts for this repair for a LOT less! This accident does NOT show on CarFax - YET. We have no way of knowing if it ever will. It starts and runs but it's like riding a bucking bronco! The plastic air intake is broken right at the engine and the engine wants to rev very high. Also, with no radiator, it would overheat if allowed to run very long.
A copy of the body shop estimate will be available on request.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DEALER'S LICENSE WE WILL BE REQUIRED TO TITLE IT AND COLLECT SALES TAX IF YOU REGISTER IT IN OHIO OR ONE OF 8 TREATY STATES THAT HAVE US COLLECT SALES TAX. SPECIAL NOTE TO BIDDERS: We have reluctantly decided NOT to accept any more of those internet financing company drafts like Capital One or Road Loan. 100% of our customers using them have had to wait here for 4 to 7 hours because the companies wanted additional items from the customer or simply took that long to issue the final approval code. We've also had to wait weeks for funding which held up the customer's title work and we simply don't want anyone else inconvenienced. Please use cash, a bank check or credit union check for payment.

Once the vehicle has arrived at the warehouse you simply pay your GST, PST where applicable, import duty when applicable and the warehouse releases the vehicle. Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 REFUNDABLE deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Fees and Taxes:

We are required to collect Ohio sales tax in addition to the final selling price for the appropriate taxing district ONLY when the vehicle is to be licensed and registered in the State of Ohio. Out of state buyers will be provided a tax-exempt Ohio title at no additional charge which is surrendered to the appropriate state department of motor vehicles for taxing and title work.
