General Terms: By placing your bid, you are entering into a legal contract to purchase this vehicle. This is not a game so please do not bid if you are not 100% ready to buy. All bidders must respond to any email requests from us for more information. Your bid will be cancelled if we do not receive a reply. The winning bidder must respond to their winning notification within 24 hours of receiving it or we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to another bidder. Please do not bid if you do not fully intend to purchase this vehicle. If you do not agree with any terms herein, DO NOT BID! This is a REAL auction and the first bid may be the only bid and you will own this vehicle! All inspections must be completed prior to the end of the auction. No bid retractions are allowed without prior authorization. This vehicle is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. We cannot be held responsible for the description, authenticity, genuineness or discrepancies herein, and make no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or adjustment will be made due to any imperfection, defect or damage. All descriptions and representations are for informational and identification purposes only are based entirely on our opinion and shall not be construed as a warranty of any type. Payment Terms: A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of auction's end. The balance is due within 3 days of auction's end. Payment can only be made by Paypal, Cashier's Check or Money Order, or wire transfer . We do not accept credit cards. All loans must be applied for and pre-approved prior to bidding. A $497 inventory fee will be added to all purchases. TX residents are also responsible for sales tax, title registration fees. Out of state buyers will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state and paying any and all applicable fees directly to the appropriate agency.
Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. All vehicles must be paid in full and all paperwork must be completed and returned before the vehicle can be released.

Don't forget that most people wait until the final moments to snipe and steal the auction away.
