Other Notes on Condition of the Vehicle
This vehicle runs great and smoothly. The odometer reading is accurate. The Exterior is in great condition. The Interior is also in great condition. Paint is glossy. AC is ICE cold. The seats are comfortable. The tires have 70% of life remaining. The engine performs as it should and there are no problems with this vehicle's electrical and mechanical system. There are absolutely no defects and no unusual sounds from this vehicle. All instrumentation and devices work as they should.
This Civic was involved in an accident with damage to the front left side. The front bumper cover, hood, left fender and headlights were replaced. Due to the nature of the accident, the airbags did NOT deploy. There was no damage to the engine, transmission or suspension of the car. The work was done by a professional licensed Body Shop in Utah.

Billing Payments Agreements
The following terms of sale apply to all of our eBay Motors auctions:
Payment Methods - Cash in Person, certified checks, Bank wire transfers, or bank financing. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing established prior to placing final bid. If you need more information, please call us. NOTE: No eBay financing or Capital One Auto Financing Blank checks are accepted for full payment.
Deposit Payment of Remaining Balance - $500 Non-refundable deposit is required after the auction has ended to secure the transaction. The remaining balance due must be paid within 7 business days of the close of the auction, as well as all applicable fees taxes.
The Dealer Documentary Service fee of $185 as set forth in the contract represents costs and profit to the dealer for preparing and processing documents, eBay fees and other services related to the sale of the vehicle.
Utah residents are charged 6.8% of price of the car for Sales Tax. Mileage could be slightly higher at the time of delivery. The vehicle will not be delivered until all financial transactions have been completed. 45-day temporary permits are available for extra $50 for Utah and non-Utah residents.
NOTE: There won't be any problems registering a car with salvage/rebuilt title in any states. We will provide you with all the necessary paperwork.
Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please call if you'd like us to suggest a shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection - We have done our best to make every reasonable effort to describe this vehicle to you and to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. However, these are used vehicles that may have typical scratches, dings, and possible mechanical parts are subject to fail. welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. Please make arrangements to have inspection done prior to auction ending.
Warranty - The vehicles herein are pre-owned and they are sold "as is" condition unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description. However, some vehicles may still be under factory warranty or an extended market warranty may be purchased. Ask for details.
Notice to Bidders - Remember EBay rules - by placing a bid on this vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle from us. Seller reserves the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
