Out of state buyers are not charged PA Sales Tax, Title Fee or Registration. The buyer is responsible for taxes and registering the vehicle in their home state. Temporary 30 Day In-Transit Tags are available to out of state buyers for $100, which includes the documentary fee.
PENNSYLVANIA BUYERS
Pennsylvania buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, tag, registration and a $125 documentary fee.
We are Licensed Bonded Full Agents for the State of Pennsylvania and can accommodate you with the issuance of the above items.
You MUST be at least 18 years of age and have a Valid Photo Drivers License Proof of Car Insurance. Your Current Address must match on both documents. We CANNOT issue any tags without this documentation.
All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close.
Due to the rising amount of fraud involving Money Orders and Checks the following will apply: Cars Titles will not be released until all funds have cleared. This may take up to 10 business days.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
