This vehicle must be paid and sale completed within 7 working days from the end of this Ebay auction.

Taxes Fees: Florida residents are responsible for sales tax. Sales tax will be collected by us and not charged before delivery of vehicle. A 30 day temp tag will be issued if needed. Out of state sales are responsible for your state sales tax. If the vehicle is shipped this will apply. If you pick up the vehicle we can issue you a 30 day Florida temp tag but we must collect state sales tax, this is the law. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6 %. If your state sales tax is lower we can charge you that sales tax. Please check with your state DMV on you state sales tax rate!! All sales will include a $199.00 fee for titling, courier and other expenses incurred to complete your auction. This must be paid even if your are a dealer/wholesaler (No Exceptions).
Finalizing Your Purchase: We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. Bidder must respond by e-mail and phone within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 3 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer and you will be responsible for our re-listing fees of $100.00. Pick Up Information: We are open Monday through Saturdays between 9am-6pm. If you are having your vehicle shipped, please tell your shipper to give us 24 hours in advance before they arrive. Please plan your flight arrangements during these times, and please make sure you tell us before you make reservations not after. We are sorry, but we are closed on Sundays and Holidays. Please note, that due to an unusual amount of closings our deliveries may be delayed. We may require up to 72 hours after an auction closing before a vehicle can be delivered because of final detail and get ready limitations.
Shipping And Delivery:We will be more then happy to help assist you with shipping arrangements. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges will be paid to the shipper.
