1) The successful bidder MUST contact us within 24 hours of the auction end, or we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to another buyer, and file a non-paying bidder report with eBay. 2) The successful bidder must submit a $500 deposit via credit card, check, wire, or cash within 2 business days of the auction end. 3) Final payment is due within 5 business days of the auction end. 4) All transactions (retail or wholesale) are subject to a $199 documentation fee which covers the costs of title transfer documents, temp tags, and verified document delivery services. 5) We reserve the right to withhold delivery of the vehicle and/or title until we are in receipt of fully cleared funds. 6) Delivery of title documents may take up to 30 days from the date of sale.
