Fee and Tax Information: 15 % deposit with in 24 hours of end of Auction. Buyer responsible for paying taxes in their own state. Texas Residents pay 6.25% State tax $33.00 Title aplication fee and $50 Documentary fee. Out of State Buyers pay $ 50.00 documentary fee only no other fees added to final bidding amount.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 15% deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1999 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. For your convinience we accept Visa or Master Card to pay deposit or complete full payment.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. We recomend DAS auto shipers we have a terminal with in 3 miles of our location we can deliver to terminal at no extra charge.
