There may at times be items we were totally unaware of arise which have not been listed because we didn't know about them. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.
Hendrick Honda welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. I will do everything I can to assist in this inspection process. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

This is our policy regarding all DMV paperwork and titles: This policy is in effect to expedite the process in getting your paperwork completed and will not be changed so please do not ask. The $399.00 Documentation fee can not be waived under any circumstances. For all local customers, we allow 10 business days for our title clerk to process all paperwork and forward it to the Department of Motor Vehicles. For out-of-state customers we also allow 10 business days for the processing of your paperwork. After that 10 day period if there a lien to be recorded the paperwork will be mailed to the DMV office of your choosing. If there is no lien to be recorded the title will be mailed directly to the customer. We will call the customer and advise them that we are sending the paperwork overnight and it should be at their DMV office the next day and they can go by that office to register the vehicle.

You are currently viewing a 2003 Honda Pilot EXL-RES 4-wheel drive that was traded in to our dealership by a local customer. The vehicle has passed our inspection during the trip through our service department. We have also completed an Oil Filter change on the vehicle. The vehicle has also passed North Carolina State Safety Emissions Inspection. We also replaced the front brake pads and machined the rotors.
There is some damage on the left rear door and left rear quarter panel as shown in the attached pictures. Otherwise I did not observe any damage to rest of the exterior or interior of the vehicle. The carpet, seats, headliner, and door panels are all in good condition. The air conditioning blows cold and the heat works properly. I also checked all of the listed power features and they all are in good working condition. All of the tires have a good amount of tread life remaining.

We can usually ship the vehicles purchased at a discounted rate by using our transporters usually bringing the vehicle right to your front door. Please contact me for a quote and the availability of shipping to your destination. Hendrick Honda will also happy to assist buyer with transportation arrangements within the United States borders to assist our customers.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and are generally paid COD, directly to the shipping company when the car arrives, or is included in the total amount due to us in the transaction if being shipped using our transporters.
Hendrick Honda assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises unless damage is caused by neglect of our drivers. Hendrick Honda can not be held responsible for any delays in shipping as it is beyond our control. We will do our best in estimating shipping dates and times to make the delivery as timely and smooth as possible.
Hendrick Honda will NOT handle any arrangements for export outside the United States . It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to handle all related details and transport of any vehicle to be exported. Hendrick Honda in no way represents or implies as to any vehicles legal ability to be exported outside of the United States.
Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Cash ( In Person or Upon Delivery ), Certified Check, bank Transfer, or 3rd-party Financing.
Fees and Taxes:
A $399.00 documentation fees applies to all sales. This fee CANNOT be waived. Your bid amount DOES NOT include this DOC fee. We are a licensed dealer for North and South Carolina and we will collect taxes and registration fees for these states. Buyers from other states will be responsible for their own sales taxes. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
