Terms and Conditions
We charge a $195 eBay Fee and $200.00 doc fee to our clients. The $195 eBay fee is to list the vehicle on eBay. Illinois residents are subject to state and local taxes. Out of state buyers are responsible for taxes in their state of residence and a $25 driveaway tag.
1) Winning bidder must contact Chicago Car Collection within 24 hours at the end of the auction and make arrangements for payment at that time. 2) A $2000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction and the remainder is due within 3 days of auction end, unless different arrangements have been made. 3) If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. 4) Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
5) Buyer is responsible for pickup or transportation of the vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly assist, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
6) We charge a $195.00 eBay Fee to our clients. This is a fee to list the vehicle on eBay. The Buyer is also responsible for a $200.00 Documentation Fee. Illinois residents are subject to state and local taxes. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their state of residence and a $25 Licence Drive Away Sticker.

We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if reserve has not been met, or the auction has not ended.
