Terms Of Sale : By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel all existing bids and end the auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
Pay:
A deposit of $1000 (non-refundable) must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 5 days.
Fee and Taxes Info : Taxes and Fees: A 199.00 Processing fee will be due at signing... Effective July 1st, 2004: All out of state buyers must pay sales tax in the state of Indiana if buyer drives or flies into the state of Indiana. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the Carrier and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the Carrier selected.
