Buyer is responsible for fees and taxes required by their state of residence. See list below for those states that require us to collect state sales taxes for them. Tag and title fees not included. Drive away permits for non Illinois residents are $40.00. There is a $150.00 Doc Fee added to the final sales price. The following states require us to collect their state sales taxes for them: Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina and of course Illinois.

This means we can get very busy and due to the size of our sales and management staff, at any given time, there may be a customer here at the dealership in the process of purchasing one of the cars we have listed on eBay. It sometimes can take several hours before this information gets to our eBay staff. The point is, you should call first, at the number listed on the auction page before hitting the "buy it now", to simply check for availability. This is the agreement ***If you should use the "buy it now" feature, before checking on that vehicles availability and later find out that the car was sold here on the lot, you agree not to leave negative feedback*** We also reserve the right to sell these eBay vehicles to on lot customers at any time, right up to the point in which we've received the minimum $500.00 deposit or 10% of the selling price of the vehicle.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit or 10% of the selling price of the vehicle is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100,000 miles. The bidder is responsible to verify that their financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. In order to secure your bid on the vehicle, the bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of auction ending or bid closing, must send and confirm to Seller a MINIMUM DEPOSIT in the amount of $500 or 10% of the agreed upon selling price, this is determined by the discretion of the seller according to the selling price of the vehicle. We will accept a major credit card, cash in person, bank certified funds, or bank wire transfered funds. Buyer must send balance of funds within 72 hours of bid closing by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or bank certified funds to seller. At time of initial deposit, BUYER MUST FAX A COPY OF THEIR STATE ISSUED VALID DRIVERS LICENSE. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all sale related and registration / title paperwork must be signed and return the completed documents to the Seller.
