We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
Please note that all sales are subject to a $175.00 documentation fee and Vehicle Inventory Tax of .002453 All vehicles being registered in Texas will be charged state tax of 6.25% and related registation, titling and documentation fees. We offer free airport pickup from DFW International or Love Field. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Saturn of DFW within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions. We welcome pre-buyers inspections and guarantee clean titles on all vehicles sold. Bid ONLY if you are approved for financing or have cash funds available to complete purchase. Winning bidders must contact us by telephone within 24 hours of auction closing or vehicle may be sold to another purchaser or re-listed at our discretion. We require an immediate non-refundable $500.00 deposit and full payment within 5 days of the Auctions end. Non paying bidders will receive negative feedback and forfeit any deposits paid. All purchases are subject to Texas VIT tax on purchase price of .002542%, (example $10,000 purchase price x .002542 = $25.42 VIT tax) $175.00 dealer prep and handling fee and a $50.00 Documentary Fee. Texas buyers are subject to a 6.25% state sales tax and applicable fees. All other purchasers will pay applicable taxes when they reghister the vehicle in thier county of residence. Payment must be cashier's check, bank wire transfer, or cash. We do not accept personal checks, or credit card payments. All titles are held 14 banking days for funds to clear before release and will be sent via DHL for proper tracking unless paid by bank wire or with cash. Upon receipt of vehicle we request you leave positive feedback and we will do the same. Email us with any questions you have.

When you commit to purchase a vehicle by deposit, Saturn of DFW will allow you to have a personal or professional inspection done at a shop of your choice prior to taking delivery.
