Payment Terms
Notice to Bidders: Florida is a title holding state. Some titles take up to 45 days to receive from lien holders. Titles that are paid for by cashiers check are held up to 14 business days for checks to clear. We reserve the right to end this auction early for any reason and to sell the car to our walk up traffic at any time before end of auction. Please call for further details.

Fees: Out of State
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if vehicle is shipped. Call to verify if you are a reciprocal state. If not you must pay Florida 6% sales tax along with your states sales tax to drive our roads. (Law). In this case door to door shipping is reccomended. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state.
Taxes and Fees
All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close. In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and a $ 299.00 dealer fee. Out of state buyers who ship vehicles pay their state and county sales taxes when registering the vehicle at their local DMV on the purchase amount. We provide all necessary forms and do not collect these taxes. If you would like to drive your new vehicle home you will pay your states taxes to Florida DMV and get a sales tax exempt form and also receive a 30 day temporary tag. Please call ahead to check your states taxes. Some states are not reciprocal with Florida and you would have to pay our state sales tax of 6% and your states sales tax to drive off the lot. Most states are reciprocal. We suggest shipping in this case. Door to door shipping available, please call for estimates.
Deposit
We require a $1,000.00 deposit within 5 days of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment. Also fax or email a copy of drivers license and insurance company and policy number to complete paperwork.

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports if necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
