Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS. All buyers pay $97 documentary. ILLINOIS RESIDENTS PAY ALL APPLICABLE SALES TAX (7.25%-9.00%), LICENSE PLATE FEE'S ($15-$78), AND TITLE FEE'S ($65). Out of State buyers pay $10 for a 7 day drive away permit or provide a current license plate and registration that they are going to transfer to the new vehicle. Most out of state buyers are tax exempt in Illinois. They will be responsible to pay their required tax in their registered state. Some states require Illinois to collect their State tax for them. That tax will be collected one time in Illinois and then credited to the buyers registered state. Ask dealer which tax rate your state will qualify for. All International Overseas Purchases must provide a Bill Of Lading in order to be tax exepmt, otherwise local Illinois tax will be collected. For Ebay Auctions, The buyer will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days from the day of agreement to purchase the vehicle. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus any applicable fees, shipping, taxes, doc fee, etc.) before delivery or shipping will be completed. Acceptable Payment Methods: Cash(In Person), Cashiers Check, Certified Bank Check, or 3rd Party Financing. No personal checks will be accepted from out of state buyers. All funds must be received prior to or at the time of delivery and must be cleared before we release the Title to the customer.

For your convenience, financing is also available through Lombard Auto Exchange, Inc. We have several banks that we work with. Some of them are FIFTH THIRD BANK, WACHOVIA, WELLS FARGO, AMERICAN EAGLE BANK, And more... Financing on any vehicle will be approved on a case by case basis and may include extra finance charges. A credit report must be prepared before any interest rates or terms can be finalized. All financing will be placed with the proper Bank or Finance Company. Sorry, No In House Financing.
