2004 Infiniti G35 X Midnight Blue Sedan AWD One Owner
You are bidding on a 2004 Infiniti G35X Midnight Blue AWD Sedan. I am the original owner and I purchased it new from the dealer here in Omaha, NE. This car has never been wrecked, and there is no lien so the title is clear. This has been a great car, but we are considering adoption, so we are anticipating some expenses soon and are beginning to downsize. This car has always been garaged and well cared for. Although the body and paint are in excellent condition, there are some minor imperfections as is normal for a car that is nearly five years old that we’ve attempted to capture in the pictures.
This vehicle features a 3.5-liter V6 260-horsepower engine, 5-speed automatic transmission with manual-shift capability, traction control and intelligent all-wheel drive. This feature allows the traction system to move from RWD to AWD when it senses slippage. It features dual front airbags, front side airbags, curtain side airbags, and front-seat active head restraints. Safety features included antilock 4-wheel disc brakes, brake assist, antiskid system, tire-pressure monitor, and an emergency inside trunk release.
Driver and passenger comfort features include air conditioning with automatic climate control, interior air filter, power steering, tilt leather-wrapped steering wheel, cruise control, leather upholstery, heated front bucket seats, driver-seat lumbar adjustment, center console, cupholders, trunk pass-through, heated power mirrors, power windows, sunroof, power door locks, and remote keyless entry. It also features a Bose AM/FM cassette with in-dash 6-disc CD changer, an analog clock, a tachometer, outside-temperature indicator, a compass, visor mirrors, map lights, variable-intermittent wipers, rear defogger, remote decklid release, and original factory floormats.
In November 2007, new tires and brakes were installed as well as a new battery in January 2008. This vehicle was serviced at the same service center as long as I’ve owned it, so all maintenance records are available. I have scanned tire and brake receipts and included them with the vehicle pictures.
Local pick-up or shipping of the vehicle is the buyer’s responsibility. The car is located in Omaha, Nebraska and you are welcome to pick it up personally or I will work with you to make arrangements to meet up with a contract hauler of your choice. The car must be picked up within 10 days after the auction unless you contact me and other arrangements are made for storage.
A non-refundable $1000 deposit via PayPal is required within 24 hours of the auction end. The remainder of the payment is due in the form of cash or cashier's check within 10 days of the auction's end or at the time of pick up, whichever is earlier. We reserve the right to relist the vehicle if payment is not received after ten days. If payment is made by cashier’s check, the vehicle’s title will be released only after the check is authenticated at a bank and the funds clear, so cash is preferred. The title will be sent via registered mail with delivery confirmation.
This car is being sold as is. Please ask all questions before bidding. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements, however we will gladly assist and cooperate in the process for an easy transition. Please be sure to read the item description carefully. Remember that a bid is a binding contract. I am flexible and will work with you to complete the transaction and delivery. I am confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however if you are not I will refund your purchase price (less $1000 non-refundable deposit) if you contact me within the first 48 hours after you take possession of your vehicle. Vehicle must be returned in same condition as when it was driven away from my home to receive a refund. This car is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time. I reserve the right to cancel any suspicious bids or any bids from buyers with negative or low feedback. This car is available to buyers within the United States only.
