72 544x376 Normal 0 false false false 1964 International Scout for sale. The body is very straight. It runs excellently. The body does have some rust in the usual Scout places. Additionally, the brakes need work. Most of the work has gone into replacing the engine (350 Chevy V8), dash/gauges/wiring, and undercarriage. Here is a partial list of what has been done:
•New, crate engine, 1970’s Chevy 350, V-8
•Less than 100 miles on engine
•New Edelbrock carburetor
•Converted to automatic transmission
•350 Transmission
•4-Wheel Drive
•Converted to power steering
•Custom aluminum radiator
•New chrome-tipped exhaust

•Rebuilt front leaf springs
•Springs under axel with shackles added for couple inches of lift

•New fuel tank, custom mount underneath
•Heavy duty skid plate mounted around fuel tank
•Custom dashboard
•New wiring
•New gauges (including oil pressure water temp)
This Scout is ideal if you would like a durable, renovated vehicle. It's going to run a long time with the new engine, etc that has already been invested.
