This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Terms and Conditions
Fee and Tax Information: All buyers are resposible to pay dealer fee $199. Florida residents must pay the sales tax 6%, cost of tag or tag transfer $200 and $70 for title transfer. International buyers have to pay additional $100 for delivery of vehicle to the freight forwarder's facility and international shipping of documents via FEDEX, UPS, USPS or DHL.
1) Winning bidder must pay deposit within 48 hours after auction ends. 2) The buyer is responsible for inspection of the vehicle before pick up. 3) We will refund deposit to you in full if the vehicle condition does not comply with the description. 4) The balance must be paid in full with all fees within 7 business days by certified funds only. We accept personal checks too, but we hold the vehicle and title until checks are cleared. It usually takes 10-15 business days. 5) The Winner should send us e-mail or fax within 48 hours after auction ends with the follwoing info: - ID - first and last name - address - phone, fax, cell numbers, e-mail. 6) Please read carefully term and conditions. Do not bid if you have no intentions to buy the vehicle. In this case the deposit will be non-refundable. 7) Winners who will not pay for the vehicle will get negative feedback. 8) We release the car upon the funds cleared if you pay by personal check. Usually it takes 10-15 business days. 9) You have no obligations to buy a vehicle if its condition is not in accordance with the description, because we do not want negative feedbacks from you. Our main goal is the highest customer satisfaction. Your deposit will be refunded in full if you provide the third party inspection like SGS INSPECTIONS or CARCHEX. If you do not provide the third party inspection results we still refund the deposit but we hold $100 of Ebay fees to relist the vehicle.
