1998 Isuzu Trooper, I bought this in 06 for a daily driver in fair condition and ended up with a really nice truck. I repainted all the trim (silver) and repainted the mirrors tire cover (burgundy). The rest of the paint was in good shape so I buffed it out and put on two coats of Liquid Glass so it looks really good now. Bare with me, there is alot of onfo I want to list here. I went through and replaced everything needed on the vehicle when I bought it, this includes, new timing belt, drive belt, water pump, power steering pump, brake rotors/pads, shocks, plugs, oil sending unit, EGR valve, battery, cold air intake. This has been a work in progress, not all done at time of purchase, some things are newer than others. I replaced the odometer last year with a used one I purchased here on Ebay, the old one stopped working all together. the original miles on the title when purchased was 143,151 miles. The odometer in it now reads 188,551 miles. I've put less than 10,000 miles on it since owning it and replaced alot of parts. All the power options in the vehicle work great , it has a factory cassette and CD player that work perfectly with 6 new Pioneer speakers, very loud!! The interior is in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained. The engine is a 3.5 liter V-6, approx 225hp, runs excellent with no issues and gets around 20+ mpg if you drive it respectively. It has a 4spd auto transmission that was serviced last year and shifts smooth and quite. Also serviced the front and rear diffs last year along with the transfer case, they all have synthetic fluid now. Just did an oil and filter change on the engine too, it has Mobil 1 synthetic. This has the tow package and Goodyear Wranglers in great shape. Now your asking why do all this work and then sell it? Well, because I planned on keeping this so I brought it up to the condition I like to keep my vehicles in and now with my new business I have a company truck so this has been setting in the driveway collecting dust all year and it's time to renew insurance on everthing so this has gotta go. I purchased this in fair condition for just under $5000.00 in 2006 then put at least another $3,000.00 into it so I think the asking price is very reasonable considering. This truck runs and drive excellent and looks just as good so it will make some lucky new owner a great vehicle for the price. Please ask any questions you mave have prior to purchase as all sales are as-is/where-is and final. If you need to ship this vehicle I will help get it to a transporter here locally if needed. Two things I forgot to mention, first the A/C was charged this year and is blowing nice and cold. second the 4X4 is the shift-on-the-fly four wheel drive with high and low range and works perfectly. Also the mileage on the odometer right now is 118,551, not 188,551. Sorry!
