75 Daimler Double-Six. Car is RIGHT HAND DRIVE. So we are clear, for US. drivers, the wheel is on the wrong side of the car. Makes for interesting passing situations on a two lane road. Could also be the fastest rural mail delivery vehicle ever, use your imagination. This is basically a rebadged Jaguar XJ-12. Fuel injected V-12 engine and automatic trans. Bumpers and trim missing. Previous owner started a respray and they were lost. Tan leather interior showing it's age. The Jag I.R.S. in this one should be a posi unit. Looks to be BRG under the primer. ALSO, including for parts: 1974 Jaguar XJ-6. This is the twin-carb version. 74 was an interesting year as it was the first of the series 2 XJs and the last year for carburettors. This car is complete and could be fixed or used as a donor for the bumpers and chrome that are missing from the Daimler. Windshield is currently out of this one. I should have one to go with it, but no guarantees. I'll drop $50 off the price if I can't find it. I have titles to both, but the Daimler title is not in my name and was never assigned to the previous owner. As such, it is not "clean". Jag title is in my name. Don't know if it matters much, but the PA DOT got the model year wrong on the title. VIN is correct, but they show the year as 1985. That clerical error can probably be easily fixed. Make no mistake, both cars are PROJECTS. Neither run. I have never tried to start either one. I have stored both indoors for the last 10 years. Price for the two of these is barely over the scrap value. Delivery available at $2/loaded mile, but check with me first on the distance. 200 miles from zip code 21742 is about my limit. Inspections welcome, drop me a line. I may add more pics here as the days go by. Hard to get to both of them as they are at the back of the garage behind lots of stuff. http://s207.photobucket.com/albums/bb250/garagemahal1/daimler/
