For each individual vehicle we go through a set of process:
Pre-Buy Inspection: Before we buy these vehicle, we check the vehicle for any kind of physical damage, Water, flood damage.
Car FAX Certification: We run the carfax report on each vehicle. we make sure there is no issues, lien or any damage history on the vehicle.
Vehicle History: Since we buy lot of vehicles from major dealerships, and there is no way of knowing the previous service history of the vehicle. We make sure the this vehicle is in good mechanical condition. A certified mechanic checks the vehicle for engine, transmission.
Lowest Price: Please check the prices of the similar vehicle with similar features and options on eBay and elsewhere and yet you can’t beat that price. Why our prices are so low because we are wholesalers and sell large volume of vehicle at low profit. This is a win-win situation for both buyers and sellers. Low prices don’t mean that there is anything wrong with the vehicle. You don't need to wait for a great or best deal any further. We also provide shipping assistance. About the Vehicle
Very clean 2002 Jaguar X-Type 2.5L. Beautiful Sparkling silver color with Black Leather interior. Nice and Sharp Looking loaded with most of the options. Just one Texas Owner so there is absolute NO Rust. compare it with the other vehicles being sold on the North East region with bunch of snow . Just right miles for the 2002 Model. Runs and drives awesome, Non Smoker. Engine sounds great and transmission shift swiftly. I personally drove it for over 70 miles and checked the A/C, alignment, and Suspension. I really enjoyed driving it and got up to a decent 26 Miles per gallon. It has NO flood, water. Clean Texas Title with no lien. Exterior paint is glossy and has some scratches on the doors and fenders. Interior has some wear or tear on the seats due to miles and age. When I first looked at this beautiful vehicle, I know that I have got to get it. My philosophy of selling a vehicle is very simple. I like to buy and sell a vehicle that I would like to own myself. By bidding and buying this auction, you enter a contract that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this auction.
We reserve the rights to sell the car outside the eBay auctions. We reserve the right to end the auction anytime. We reserve the right to cancel any bid from any bidder.
Unless otherwise specified in the description, this vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. In either case, The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
All winning buyers are required to leave feedback at the time of pickup or before shipping.
We require winning buyers/bidders to deposit $500 (Non-Refundable) through paypal to sales@valiantautos.com within 24 hours and the remaining balance in 5 business days. If you don't have paypal account, then wire the $500 through your bank within 24 hours. No Credit Cards or personal Checks are accepted. Please remember that buying a car on eBay is a serious matter. It is a legal binding contract between Seller and the Buyer. If the buyer doesn't pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours and the balance within 5 business days from the end of auction then the deal will be voided. We would re-list the car or offer to the next higher bidder and the previous winning bidder would be left a negative feedback and pursued for a legal action. He/She would be responsible for paying us the difference in the price, eBay fees, Legal court fees and any other charges that might incur due to loss of time and effort. In general that would be more than twice the purchase price.
You're most welcome to have the car inspected by a certified mechanic or dealership. You're required to pay $50 inspection/transportation fee for the inspection plus the dealership/mechanic inspection charges. All inspections must be done prior to the end of auction.
Due to transaction delay and other unavoidable circumstances we might get the title late.
We are Licensed Texas Dealer and We accept capitalone.com and HSBC.com finances.
Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floormats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
We accept certified funds or wire transfers. No personal checks or credit cards.
Buyer's are responsible for shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for making the transportation arrangement from the Airport to our lot. We don't provide any pick up services.
All buyers must pay administration fee ($150.00), documentary fees ($50.00).
Texas residents are responsible for Texas sales Tax (6.25% of the sale price) plus all the mentioned fees.
All bidders should have all questions answered and loans pre-approved before bidding. Deadbeat buyers would be reported to eBay and be left negative feedback unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that Non paying buyers would be handled by our attorney. Remember buying a car on eBay is legal binding contract.
The warranty only covers the power train engine, transmission and suspension, A/C Heating. It does not cover any wearable items like brakes, rotors, seals, gaskets, belts or electronics parts like radio, Power windows, Power door locks actuators etc.
