Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of purchase to confirm purchase and make arrangements for payment. A $500 deposit must be made within 24 hours of purchase. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end date. If no contact is made within 24 hours of purchase date we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder or sell it otherwise. The deposit made will be forfeited if balance is not paid within the time period stated above. If additional time (within reason) is needed please contact and we will make the necessary arrangements.
Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle and/or making shipping arrangements. We will gladly help you out if you need our assistance to arrange shipping. All shipping charges must be paid for by the buyer unless agreed on otherwise by both seller and buyer in writing.
We are not responsible for any damages that the vehicle may occur doing transportation. We suggest that you purchase insurance from the transportation company to insure all damages will be paid for if any occur.

If you are planning on financing or getting a loan on SALVAGE cars then please make all necessary arrangements prior to bidding . Most banks do not finance Salvage cars so you will have to check with your bank. One of the banks who does finance Salvage vehicles is Capital One and please if you do apply with them, do mention that you are applying for salvage vehicle becuase they will not approve just everyone. WHAT DOES SALVAGE MEANS
Many people are not familiar with the meaning of salvage title, below is a brief explanation of the Salvage terminology:
Salvage basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By issuing Salvage title, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does salvage means the car is totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get his vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the car. If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction with Salvage title. We have had Salvage cars with door dings, Salvage theft recovery vehicles with absolutely no damage, Salvage water vehicles with absolutely no water damage. In brief Salvage does not always mean that the car was wrecked badly. However the term is primarily used for totaled cars.
