One of the cleanest and finest Jaguar X-Type 3.0 Sports, All Wheel Drive with factory installed navigation. Beautiful Sparkling Black Pearl color with Black Leather interior. Nice and Sharp Looking loaded with most of the options. Texas Owner so there is absolute NO Rust. compare it with the other vehicles being sold on the North East region with bunch of snow . Even with slightly high miles, it runs and drives awesome. Non Smoker. We bought this vehicle from a franchise store where it was traded in. We got it inspected from a certified mechanic for frame, engine, transmission and there were NO problems found. The inspection shows that the vehicle has been maintained and serviced well. Engine sounds great and transmission shift swiftly. I personally drove it for over 100 miles and checked the A/C, alignment, and Suspension. I really enjoyed driving it and literally got up to 26 MPG. It has NO flood, water. Clean Texas Title with no lien. Exterior paint is glossy and has some minor scratches on the doors and fenders. Interior is clean as well. Both front seats have lumbar support which is awesome. By bidding and buying this auction, you enter a contract that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this auction.
We reserve the rights to sell the car outside the eBay auctions. We reserve the right to end the auction anytime. We reserve the right to cancel any bid from any bidder.

No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. We require winning buyers/bidders to deposit $500 (Non-Refundable) through paypal to emarelclub@dealersquare.com within 24 hours and the remaining balance in 5 business days. If you don't have paypal account, then wire the $500 through your bank within 24 hours. No Credit Cards or personal Checks are accepted. Please remember that buying a car on eBay is a serious matter. It is a legal binding contract between Seller and the Buyer. If the buyer doesn't pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours and the balance within 5 business days from the end of auction then the deal will be voided. We would re-list the car or offer to the next higher bidder and the previous winning bidder would be left a negative feedback and pursued for a legal action. He/She would be responsible for paying us the difference in the price, eBay fees, Legal court fees and any other charges that might incur due to loss of time and effort. In general that would be more than twice the purchase price.
You're most welcome to have the car inspected by a certified mechanic or dealership. You're required to pay $50 inspection/transportation fee for the inspection plus the dealership/mechanic inspection charges. All inspections must be done prior to the end of auction.
Due to transaction delay and other unavoidable circumstances we might get the title late.

Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cd magazines, navigation discs, floormats, tools, and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
We accept certified funds or wire transfers. No personal checks or credit cards.
Buyer's are responsible for shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for making the transportation arrangement from the Airport to our lot. We don't provide any pick up services.
All buyers must pay administration fee ($150.00), documentary fees ($50.00).
Texas residents are responsible for Texas sales Tax (6.25% of the sale price) plus all the mentioned fees.
All bidders should have all questions answered and loans pre-approved before bidding. Deadbeat buyers would be reported to eBay and be left negative feedback unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that Non paying buyers would be handled by our attorney. Remember buying a car on eBay is legal binding contract.
The warranty only covers the power train engine, transmission and suspension, A/C Heating. It does not cover any wearable items like brakes, rotors, seals, gaskets, belts or electronics parts like radio, Power windows, Power door locks actuators etc.
