The XJ sedans are fitted with standard Automatic Stability Control, which reduces wheel spin on slippery roads by controlling the engine and throttle. Other standard equipment includes wood veneer instrument panel, leather interior and a steering wheel with switches for cruise control, satellite radio, memory seating for the driver, front- and side-impact driver and passenger airbags and a vehicle security system.
