1998 Jag XJ8. My personal car and treated like a baby. Beige/Gold outside, light beige inside. No expense spared in upkeep and maintenance. Drives tight like a new car. Every required service upgrade/replacement and every suggested upgrade complied with. Books and records. Only the best parts and service. On this Jag you will find just about every option available on this model. All options plus: ACS, Chrome Side mirrors, European mats f/b new, trunk mat, Memory power seats 2, Wood shift knob, undercoating, 6-pack CD player. Recent service - on last service brakes were squeaking - a common Jag problem. I upgraded the brakes with Jag slotted performance rotors, all new and all new performance brake parts and pads - a total of $1250.00. Just had the 100,000 mile service - $880.00. A couple of small dings that can be taken out by a dent wizard type of service for about $100.00. Paint is very good. Please see the many photos. Always treated well and adult driven. Quiet and transmission shifts perfect - the ride of this car is the smoothest and you can not tell it from a much newer car! Located in Jacksonville, FL. Just back today from 105000 check-up, car perfect, oil changed and two small scratches found in the tinting. New prem bronze tint changed on all windows under warranty - $330. value.
On Jul-08-08 at 14:00:01 PDT, seller added the following information:
Several emails about service item. The timing chain and tensioners were changed at 73000 miles per service recommendation by Jaguar. Complete check again with 100000 miles service. Water pump upgrade done at 89,000 miles per Jaguar. Transmittion service done at 100,000 service. This Jag has not missed a single service/upgrade and always done by factory service tech. And last, I have books and records for the new owner. Car has never been in a wreck.
