Thank you for viewing my auction. Up for sale is a 2 owner (my wife her uncle) 1997 Jaguar XK8 Convertible.
This collector’s car was originally used by our uncle in the winters here in Arizona and garaged the rest of the year. It has a clean title, and has never been in an accident. We received the vehicle about 2 years ago and have been using it as a weekend driver while restoring it to new condition. I recently had a very generous 100K mile dealer service performed on the car surpassing the factory recommended services w/ too many new items to list. Our intention was to fully restore the vehicle and although we made significant progress I recently lost my job and we need to sell the car.
All service records included with purchase!
Included with the car are all factory original manuals, convertible cover leather case, 2 keys with remote, 2 genuine Jaguar sheep skin seat covers (kept on from 97-07!!!).
All four Dunlop tires are in great condition, ranging from as new as 1 month to 1 year. All 4 tires also include Discount Tire Co. additional PRP road hazard warranty. The vehicle has no rust, the leather wood are in great shape, you definitely get ‘the look’ when driving this luxury vehicle originally priced at $98,000.
There are a few flawed items that I would like to be upfront about including; broken headlamp cover (head lamp light works fine), the bottom of the front bumper is cracked although you might not ever notice it, there are a couple fade spots on the hood (captured in picture),’ engine coolant low’ light comes on periodically (engine coolant level is correct and there’s never been an issue.)
