Vehicle Description Currently inspected this 1964 Jaguar is really quite impressive to drive , this has been in the family since the 80's , since my father has died and my mother doesn't drive that much anymore , she has decided to let it go . VERY strong engine , when a 44 year old car can cruise at 80 mph that is impressive . It was repainted about 10 years ago pearl white and now shows some spots that need attention here and there but still looks very nice as you can see by photo's . The wire wheel are not original , we couldn't keep them in balance so my father got a kit with hubs and 5 bolt lugs , I haven't see any others with sunroof , that makes it unique as well as pearl white paint . The headliner is 90 percent , one bad spot above driver's head . This car has been inspected and driven for the last 15 - 20 years so , I guess you could say it's proven . Come by and see and maybe I'll bring you for a ride in this timeless classic and find out what the Jaguar engine is famous for . Thanks for looking and happy bidding . On Jul-10-08 at 19:09:27 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been asked to check for matching numbers , cylinder head matches ID plate , but couldn't find engine block number . ID Plate reads - Engine # LC 7602-9 , Trans # JBC16448 ,Body S0253B0 - Also - The State of New Hampshire doesn't require vehicles be titled after 10 years old , therefor I DO NOT have a title in hand , can apply for one but can not guarantee how fast that would happen ,maybe as timely as 3 - 4 days but possibly up to couple weeks . Also , I have included more photo's as requested, the photo's of floor also shows the rusty rails of the pit that the automobile is over , hope they help .
