We have a nice 1983 CJ-8 Jeep Scrambler. It has very low mileage at 58533 original miles. It has a inline six cylinder engine, manual transmission and, four wheel drive. This Jeep has been in the fire service for at least 20 years. It had a small water tank and a pump in the bed. We used it as a grass fire rig. We have updated to a larger unit. The only thing wrong with this Jeep is the clutch is out of it. This Jeep also has two small areas that the paint has started to bubble right in front of the rear wheels, I have enclosed pics of the areas. This Jeep has decent tread mud terrain tires on aluminum wheels. Would make a great project to restore, or to off road. The emergencey lights will be removed.
